At Tortoise General Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curated home goods. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Los Angeles studio.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
